Dracula (1931)

Perhaps the most famous of the many adaptations of Bram Stoker’s novel stars the immortal Bela Lugosi, who forever made his mark on horror history as the creepy and mysterious vampire Count, who leaves his castle in Transylvania to begin feasting on modern Londoners.

Dwight Frye also left an enduring reputation as the Counts surviving victim turned madman Renfield, whose disturbing laugh haunted many filmgoers.
